Commission Charges

There will be no commission (FREE) for gross rental (before Goods and Service Tax) that exceed S$2500 per month for a lease term of 2 years or more.

(1/2) month commission of total gross rental is payable to agency for office rental of less than S$2500 per month, payable upon signing of tenancy agreement.

(1/2) month commission of total gross rental is payable to agency for office rental of less than 2 years lease term, payable upon signing of tenancy agreement.

Example 1

If you rented an office space with a monthly rental of S$3000 per month for a 2 years lease term, you will not have to pay any commission.

Example 2

If you rented an office space with a monthly rental of S$3000 per month for a 1 year lease term, you will pay S$1500 commission to the agency.

Example 3

If you rented an office space with a monthly rental of S$2400 per month for a 2 years lease term, you will pay S$1200 commission to the agency.
